I am a developer working for a small software company. We purchased this product such that we could generate a unique key for our license manager. <p> <p>The product is unable to retrieve the correct key and we have had a number of conflicting keys for our registration process. <p> <p>We have tried to get support from the Chinese companies, but we gotten no response from them. We have also threatened them with legal action, but they simply ignore our requests. <p> <p>Since this company is based in China, it is unlikely that you can take any legal actions.
Summary
I think is awesome, I do have code on how to do this though, but it's great!

Pros
This can be used to generate a serial number that can be used to register a product online, (ie. your next game, etc..). Pretty good for security on developing new applications. The functionality has a lot of possibilities.
Cons
One thing is, you can get the actual source-code for doing the same trick, right on the web. Search via Google.com, it worked for me. But this is still cool.
