  Pros

  SalesGenius is probably the coolest sales tool I have tried to date. I am currently in trial, but I will definitely sign up for the monthly service since it has already helped me close several deals that just wouldn't have been possible without it since I was actually able to "see" when my propsect opened his email and then could tell what he was most interested in by where he was going on my site. I was able to call him and offer up a deal on what he was interested in. It certainly makes cold calling a thing of the past which is great since I absolutely hate cold calling.

  Pros

  I love that I'm able to see that my recipients have opened my e-mail and that I'm able to see which areas of my Web site was visited and for how long giving me more intelligence into my prospects so that my follow-up was more targeted. This tool saves an amazing amount of time and gives me a lot more customer and prospect insight which means more money in my pockets!

  Pros

  I have tried a lot of different products to help our small company improve our lead qualification. I found this product and just started using it on my own first and I was amazed with how much it helped. I can send emails to prospects and then find out who is actually interested in what I am selling before I make the call. I can see if they opened my email, if they visited my site, what products they are interested in, how much time they spent, etc... so that I am armed with that information when I call them. It practically eliminates cold calls for me. And as a small company we dont have a lot of time to waste on dead end calling. <p> <p>Now with the outlook plug-in its even better because I can send these emails right through Outlook. Almost everyone in our company is now using it since they've seen my success. <p> <p>This is the most helpful sales software I have found in years.

• Cool tool for tracking prospective customers on your web site

  Pros

  This plug-in lets you send out emails to prospects and see where they go on your web site after they click through the "Genius" link in your email. Very slick, nice user interface. Didn't have to change any code on my web site (big plus). Works great with Outlook.

  Here's what I loved: <p>- Showed me instantly who was responding to our emails, and all pages that were visited on our site <p>- Didn't need any coding <p>- Integrated perfectly w/Outlook <p>- Allowed tracking at an *individual* level vs. in aggregate -- something I've been looking for to help our sales team. <p> <p>The technology in SalesGenius is really incredible. I had it up and running in a matter of minutes, including sending out emails and viewing reports that showed me all the individuals who had responded and the *exact* pages they visited. <p> <p>Our sales team has been asking about this type of tool for ages -- it gives them visibility of what prospects are interested in so they can be smarter about their follow-up or sales presentations and close more deals.
