  Pros

  I've had a number of technicians over time and every one of them have been extremely courteous and patient every time. They stay with you until the job is done and always answer every question...until you have no more. I love Comodo! They are there for me any time I need them.

  NEVER HAVE LET ME DOWN, OR LEFT ME WITH UNRESOLVED PROBLEM! About year after I became customer and Comodo found out my health and financial situation. They began to give me a discount due to being handicapped (I never knew was even an offer) so was pure kindness and caring Comodo and Geek buddies did. Amazing!

  Cons

  Price is beginning to become quite difficult! Permanently disabled and fixed income! Had 1.5 years left on service and was made to feel if I didn't resign up now (1-7-2016 within 24 hours, when still had year and half left) price would be too high for my income to keep membership in year and half! Not only did I feel extremely pressured, I feel he used knowing my situation against me! Also about year after I became customer and Comodo found out my health and financial situation. They began to give me a discount due to being handicapped (I never knew was even an offer) so was pure kindness and caring Comodo and Geek buddies did. Now kind of feels like is all about money and I am not as important as I was before their client base was established! Said with no animosity! I would still Highly Highly recommend with a 10 rating, on a 1-10 scale 10 being the best.

  Summary

  I hope Comodo and Geek Buddies do not lose the one thing I feel gave them the edge (Major was Marketing and Management with 4.0 and Minor was accounting 4.0 so is my field of expertise) years ago. Truly caring for their customers and making them feel like #1 when interacting personally with patrons! As I was closing I noticed was almost 2/3 more in cons then pros. I do not feel that is an accurate assessment because have only been disappointed twice in many years of service and both times happened the same day and very recent. I am a positive person and love to re enforce such. So please see this just as it is a truthful review and know I love the service and has been a definite blessing to myself and family!

• Fantastic service

  Pros

  Quick, responsive, patient, comprehensive, always there. Even though I'm in a different country the response is great. I love that it's 24/7 and no matter what the problem they give it a go there and then, no waiting around (except when they have high chat volume). No taking my computer to a shop.

  Cons

  Can be a bit slow because I'm in another country with slow internet connectivity but that's my end, not theirs. Or slow due to high chat volume.

  Summary

  Love them and would highly recommend to others.

  a biut slow sometimes can be slobby and the constant after they finish helping me recamending something new to buy and I am limited on cash at the moment

  I love geekbuddy and comodo I respect them deeply I am sorry though I do not know computers that well and I type very badly with a lot of misspelling and typos plus I tend to mess up my computer alot and am sorry for all my troble but am thankful to them for fixing my computer so guys and girls and geekbuddy and comodo keep up the awesome work k :D !!

  Pros

  They are fast, can fix most problems in a timely fashion and are prompt and courteous. Can't ask for better service.

  Cons

  I got one Buddy who messed my computer up, had to call back and get another to fix it. But he did in about 10 minutes and all was well. So they do have some that I think are just learning.

  Summary

  I love Geek Buddies. They have saved my bacon any number of times and I am no Geek myself so I have found them incredibly useful. It's great to have them around when the computer goes on the fritz and there no one but you and the keyboard staring at each other.

  Pros

  They are always on call, even if you crash your computer at 4 in the morning. They do all the browsing for you to look fir the affected programe and they find solutions quickly.

  Sometimes some can be a bit forceful with the sells, but thats all.
