Set up drivers for Gamecom 780 7.1 on Windows 8.

Driver addresses issues found in all versions of Windows 8 and Windows 8.1. Prevents blue screen of death that previous driver releases have caused. Additionally, the 4th release driver adjusts the volume issue seen, where the headset was far too loud.

Issues Resolved:

Skype - fixed issue where sound was distorted

Windows - fixed BSOD crashing that would occur with 7.1 mixer enabled

Windows - fixed loudness issue that was occurring.
