Poor Customer Service

Mediocre product that has some value

They don't answer their customer support or technical support email inquiries. I'm in the process of retiring my old computer and moving all my software to a new computer. I was successful moving all my programs except GeForms1.8. I purchased it several years ago and have a valid key which I entered. It doesn't work and I get no information why it doesn't work. I then sent them 3 email messages to customer service and technical support over a period of a week or so. They didn't answer any of them. Meanwhile I found a much better program, Smart PDF Editor, with better features and it only costs $10 more.
Summary
Don't do business with Gadwin Systems. They don't respond to customer services inquiries and don't have a phone number to call then.
