Editors’ Review
Fusion packs many features into its image manipulation and processing program, giving you the ability to enhance details and change the exposure of various images. This application runs smoothly and performs all tasks with excellent speed. Aside from the watermark left on images, Fusion is an awesome program for photographers of all levels.
Pros
Full featured: We enjoyed using Fusion's HDR Operator and Summator tools in addition to the range of other options that are present in this application. The batch processing tool is excellent for bulk manipulation and makes editing much easier. All tools are very comprehensive and perform well.
Fast processing: Fusion instantly processes a single image, so you will be able to work quickly if you have to. The batch processing needs images to be in the same size and format, but it took only minutes to process 100 images.
Cons
Mediocre support: This program comes with a descriptive how-to guide that fully explains all functions and features, but Fusion's website could offer more assistance, especially when it comes to contacting customer support.
Obtrusive watermark: Fusion's watermark is large and renders images useless. The $25 fee to remove this aspect may be too steep for some individuals.
Bottom Line
Fusion is a powerful tool, and you will enjoy working with its neat functions to manipulate your photos. There aren't many applications that can accomplish the same tasks as Fusion, but we would still suggest that Fusion includes other photo editing tools, like those featured in Adobe Photoshop. Either way you look at it, Fusion is a great application, aside from the watermark, and you should give it a try.
