• No customer service! No maintenance or upgrades

  Great design and functionality.

  Cons

  Close to impossible to get in touch with the people behind the site. Errors are not fixed. No upgrades. Not directed to a third party that can assist in problem solving. You are left to your own devices.

  Summary

  Dynamicfactory.com/Myflashxml.com has some really great designs and few match their creativity. Unfortunately creativity is matched with 0% customer service and maintenance of their templates! If you experience faults with your template, they will not correct it. Here is a reply I got after a large number of attempts of getting a reply: "Internet evolved very quickly, and enormous progress had been done since that time. Now all websites are using AS3 (actionscript 3.0), and should last a lot more, but of course you will understand that they are not life time guaranty." The template in question here was still being offered from their site, and was taken away only after several more complaints. They do not want to answer questions like: Why should I purchase a new template from you, when my current no longer works? How will dynamicfactory.com/Myflashxml.com ensure I will not experience the same with a new template? Dynamicfactory.com/Myflashxml.com is unable and unwilling to even direct customers to third party developers that can fix such problems for a fee. Dynamicfactory.com/Myflashxml.com has verified that all their templates are sold as-is, and will never be upgraded by them - not even for a fee. This is the only company I have come across that does not understand the revenue that is made on upgrades. All software companies have a big percentage of their income from maintenance agreements. If you are OK with a forced change of how your site looks (when the old template no longer works, and a new template must be purchased), then Dynamicfactory.com/Myflashxml.com is your template provider. I for one, have spent considerable amount of time and money to create my brand, and want to keep the same design as long as I want to

  Pros

  Those "there is no program" peeps- open Read Me.txt file! Says: yes, there is no program. You get a website and to modify it open the XML file & change. Comfortable doing this? Then it's awesome, Charge for SOME templates but plenty of free ones

  Cons

  Looking for software that shows a website template then you pick color, drag and drop text and pics etc. THIS AIN'T IT! (Do Lauyan's TOWeb I've tried 'em all & its the best/most functionality) If you can write some XML script then its awesome find.

  Summary

  Read the directions. More complicated than it sounds. You must be able to write XML script. If you can, this is awesome.

  Well, you get to see what the developers could do with the program.

  THERE'S NO PROGRAM. Granted a finished example is useful, but quite frankly, most users abilities wont rival that of THE GUYS WHO MADE THE SOFTWARE, and any finished example is useless without a demo of the software used.

  I downloaded this program, and all it wanted to do is show me an eample of a webpage on the software. The program was totally unusable and a major waste of time and memory. I give this one a, F I would not even give it a star except the review page required that I do so.

  Great flash templates

  DynamicFactory.com started out very professional but has ending in the worst transaction I have ever done. A pure lack of customer satisfaction. I am a Mac user and some of there templates do not fully functional on a Mac. DynamicFactory.com would not a acknowledge this problem! All DynamicFactory.com had to say is it works for us.
