This game offers a refreshing new twist on the very stale bubble game genre. There's no time limit and no shooting--this simply designed game rewards keen visual pattern recognition more than quick reflexes and keyboard mashing. To break the banished wizard Frozzic's spell on the magic birds, gamers must clear similarly colored bubbles by matching them to a rotating set of patterns.

At first glance, the initial levels are far too easy for anyone past kindergarten, but the difficulty increases quickly, creating challenging brainteasers for any age. The trial version of the shareware includes 20 full levels (some of which are darn tricky), but those levels don't feature most of the special game pieces that add another layer of complexity. Easy to begin yet difficult to master, Frozzic's Revenge casts its own spell on any puzzle-loving gamer.

Very addictive game, poor story but thats not the point of the game - its to burst all the balls to free the birds. I found after every time I played, when I exit the game, my computer crashed and I couldn't get it to re-start by conventional methods.

This game has a great look and feel. There's something about freeing the trapped birds and watching them fly off in a flutter that makes each click both satisfying and addicting. Levels look easy at first but then you hit a point and you realize that you're in for a challenge... not just mindless clicking, its definitely hours of fun. Nice graphics and music too!
