Front is the easiest and most pleasant way to manage shared inboxes (for example contact@company.com, support@company.com, press@company.com etc.). Front works as well with Twitter accounts and shared SMS numbers. Some customers describe it as "Slack, for external communication" or as "The multiplayer version of Gmail".
