  Game is almost a decade old. Game costs $20US and is almost a decade old. Text Based game that costs $20US and is almost a decade old.

  Summary

  While I was very excited to see this download you can't get a feel for the game with this demo. Most of the functions are disabled in the Demo and alot of the information screens are replaced with 'Only in the Retail Version'. You only get to sim 2 weeks of the season in the Demo which doesn't really leave much to do with most of the functions disabled. Basically this Demo will only give you a look at the user interface while leaving the actual gaming out. Interface itself is really dated. Graphics that are present look like they should be on an Apple IIc or maybe even a TRS-80(Yes the game is that old) So I can give this game only 1 star for these reasons...oh yeah and the game is 10 YEARS OLD and STILL COSTS $20US! You will be wasting bandwith if you download this Demo!

• More than meets the eye.

  Pros

  A stats based game. Everything from recruiting to managing all players on the team. your star players grades slipping? No problem give him less time on the field and more time studying. however, all actions have a reaction. He may not develop into the star you hoped. It may be wiser to recruit a highly intelligent player with a little less upside so you can optimize as much field time as possible. You can take graduating classes and apply them to Front Office Football. So now you can watch a player develop from a high school grad you recruited to become an NFL hall of famer. To do this you are required to own both games. I have enjoyed playing this game.

  Cons

  It is a stats oriented game. If this is not your thing then be warned. it is now becoming a little outdated.
