- As someone already mentioned, download is free

- You have to look very hard to find any contact, because the only "contact us" easy to find is at the payment options (is it surprising?). I have contacted them over and over and the only answer one gets back is returned email referring you to their website. There is no way they will credit your money charged in "FREE DAYS". Yes, the free days is a big lie.
