• Viruses! Spyware! DON'T DOWNLOAD!!!

  None. It was awful.

  Cons

  As soon as I downloaded it spybot S&D went crazy. I got a trojan and 139 entries of other stuff it detected... It installed things on my browser and was generally terrible. I'm working on getting rid of all the crap it unloaded on me right now.

  Pros

  I'm studying medical record coding right now and I haven't come across a word it didn't know...which is good when you hit those 10+ letter words, or the ones where a vowel makes all the difference in the world!

  Cons

  Reminder...it's a SPELL-CHECK dictionary...not a "look up the definition" type dictionary

  Summary

  Exactly what I wanted!!! The download does all the "work" when it's done, the dictionary is in place and working. I'd left Word open because I'd finally had it with adding words to MS-Word's dictionary...the next thing I typed..bang! The "new" dictionary caught it!

  I was surprised at how many medical words it had. Better than others I've tried.

  Summary

  It worked really well and did what it said it would. The only was I needed a medical speller for Microsoft Word. It gave me a link for a Word medical speller so I used that one for Word.
