You can barely do anything, absolutely un-user friendly (probably trying way too hard to achieve this''minimalism'' look) and creating icons with this is a pain in the ass.
Don't even bother, keep on searching, just a big waste of time.
(Except if you want to make icons with a 8x8 resolution, then this would be _somewhat_ useful. Though still you should use other software for that, personally I use IcoFX (which you can get a free trial of for 30 days, there's also this RealWorld Icon Editor which is absolutely amazing, though some files messed up and it opened incorrectly, I'll just restall it I guess. It's free as well <3)
The program also crashes a lot. The icon itself is also ugly and low-res (ironic because the icon creator's icon is bad, I bet they didn't even use their software)
