No "pros". The program wouldn't install because I "declined" all the extra packaged junk that I didn't want!

This installer wants to install a number of other mostly unwanted stuff on your computer! Easier way to convert: PLAY the audio file on your computer, and use another free program like "Audacity" to record "what you hear". Then simply save the file as an mp3 or wav file.
