FourierScope constructs, simulates, and performs spectral analysis of radio signals. It's an all-in-one virtual lab for students and engineers, replacing multiple hardware devices for training and familiarization.
  • Pros

    • Comprehensive radio signal construction and spectral analysis capabilities.
    • Replaces multiple radio hardware devices: generator, modulator, oscilloscope, analyzer.
    • Simulates simple geometric and composite function signals with modulation.
    • Generates frequency, phase, and power spectra using fast Fourier transform.
    • Visual "on points" graphic construction enables fast signal simulation.

Developer’s Description

Simulate and study radio signals.
FourierScope - program for a construction of a radio signals and their spectral analysis. The program is intended for the students of radio engineering specialties and all who is interested in the spectral analysis of signals and is intended first of all for training and familiarization with spectra of signals most frequently used in theoretical and practical radio engineering. FourierScope substitutes the whole complex of radio devices: the generator of signals, Modulator, Oscilloscope and Spectral Analyzer. The editor of the program allows to simulate signals, both simple geometric form, and shown by composite functions, and also to apply to it modulation. With the help of fast transformation Fourier the program receives Frequent, Phase and Power specters of a researched signal. The graphic construction of signals "on points" allows fast and visually to simulate the necessary signals.
