It's very easy to create Windows forms and preview them as normal forms and HTML.

Only one form per file. Would be nice to have a project like structure.

Pros
Free. A fast, mini version of VB ( thats a good thing ). For creating websites it seems. Efficient layout, very well designed.
Cons
Did not create windows as developer describes. No help file, thats a huge problem. I recommend clicking on the tools menu and categorizing the properties. The developer rushed this out, but it is a quality app.
