Forex Toolbar : ACM for Windows

This free toolbar will keep you up-to-date on the world's currency rates, but beware of extra features that require payment and personal information.

Forex Toolbar: ACM fits snugly in your IE window. It has a basic, self-explanatory interface that includes shortcut buttons along with currency rates running across the bar. You can choose from 15 currency types. The Options menu lets you check for updates, set the currency exchange, and add or remove currency pairings. The exchange rates seemed to update themselves regularly and without having to refresh the screen. We found the conversion calculator located at the end of the toolbar the most helpful for quick reference. There are two shortcut buttons on the toolbar that didn't sit well with us. One is for a live account, which requires payment. The second is to set up a practice account to view trader demos. Both require very personal information beyond an e-mail address. However, they're not essential parts of the toolbar.

Overall, we found this toolbar to be a reliable source for staying on top of exchange rates. We recommend it for all user levels.
