Self-hosted forms hopelessly broken and other problems.

- The user interface and features are absolutely fantastic. Fairly easy to use.

- The self-hosted feature (AKA "Save to HTML") does not work. The PHP Formoid generates for the save to HTML function appears to have a critical error in line 10 of form.php. No way around it. The so-called, "Unlimited Commercial License" they sell for $69 only works with one email. If you want your form to go to multiple emails for two different forms to go to two different employees, you'll need to buy a new license for each email!!! Support@formoid.com is infuriatingly useless. Over one week and six emails they haven't said the first thing that is even theoretically useful.

- The license is way too expensive because it only applies to one email - meaning you can only have your forms resolve to one email. For each other email you want to get the form submissions, you have to pay another $69. Technical support is 100% useless. The self-hosted option is broken. Does not work.
