- Used the trial to rip a DVD. After some time, a pop-up appeared telling me my DVD was ripped. But when I went to the download folder, no file. Did a search - no ripped file on the hard disk at all. Waste of time. Glad I didn't pay for it.

- quick and easy download. very user friendly. very quick, ripped a 27 minute video in 6 1/2 minutes. no misleading information; 5 free trials means 5 free trials.

- The price. $35 is a little steep for a download program as simplistic as this. If it was in the store with the actual disc, etc. I might think about spending that, but as a download, no. I will watch their web site for a price drop, then buy it.

- I tried Movavi, Avex, Roxio and several others. Found them bulky, not user friendly and slow to respond... if they even responded. This was just a couple of clicks, and you're off. The conversion process was slow, conversion time equal to lenght of video. That's okay, it just means it's not missing any frames. It's nice to also find someone who stands by their limitations posted on CNET. Five use full trial, just as stated. No last second hidden "30% conversion only" or "3 minute conversion" or "watermark". I've used up all 5 uses and didn't have a glitch or false response.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Apr 5, 2009<p/>Forgot to mention, it loads the DVD on it's own and gives you a drop down box to choose tracks/files. Next to each track it tells you what it is and how long it is, so it's easy to pick the video out.
