  The demo was a lot of fun, could have easily become addicted

  THE PRICE!!! For $40 dollars you should be able to make offers on the houses, not just accept the sale price.....you should be able to counter offers made on your property, you should be able to set rents, and find what other rents are in the area......THIS IS A $15 game at bet $20! I went to buy it, but I will wait till the price comes down. Game is WAY too basic for a $40 price tag.

  i literally blinked and missed the demo. I had a hard time reading the instructions and they weren't very specific. It was over in like 5 minutes. I couldn't believe it. I never got to sell my house. So i rented an apartment and bought a house. That's a demo?

  I used this game as part of a presentation for my careers class at school, the teacher liked it so well I got an A plus!!!

  Simulator does a good job of creating the career of buying, rehabbing, and renting property. I imagine this would be very useful to people interested in that business.

  Awesome game. Very realistic. Good way to find out if you can flip houses. You are constantly faced with decisions about what type of home to buy, location, price, equity, etc. Every decision affects the outcome of the game.

  you have to see this to believe it. The demo will give you the general idea, but you'll get lots more detail if you download the full game. Detailed and well rounded view of the business.

  Pros

  Neat idea. I think if you are interested in investing real estate, you will enjoy this game. Graphics are good. You actually see how long it takes you to save enough to invest, and you see how repairs/improvements effect the bottom line.
