• Addicting at first, but poor re-playability.

  Pros

  The game, at first, sounds intensely addictive, with the player capable of raiding medical supplies and military arsenals in cities around the world, establishing at the same time 'safe zones' in each city the player clicks on and raids supplies' in. From your safe zone, you can raid different military bases and ammunition warehouses, attack zombie hives, and above all assault a NORAD facility, equipping you with live Nukes which you can use to nuke the city which you are in, causing massive losses to all sides. Another pro, is that any military equipment obtained in a city's safe zone will not disappear if you switch to another city. This is crucial as you can stock up on a large amount of military equipment in a city and not switch to another city to do some other work without worrying about your arsenal being destroyed by zombies or your arsenal some-how disappearing.

  Cons

  The game sounds addictive at first with the number of non-infected humans in a city acting as the balance of power. When this balance goes, the fun goes away. You're then stuck to a large number of zombies and immune humans fighting for a few dozens of non infected humans left alive. The game's GUI is quite simple, but is unenterprising. It gets boring after a while to look at a plain 2D world map rather than having a 3D globe at your hands. The game also seems unrealistic at times, especially with nuking cities. It would have been nice and would have added to the game's re-playability if there was an option to see zombie concentrations and bombard or secure a certain geographical area or set up a base or settlement for the immune or non-infected to take refuge in. The game's actions have a good mix, but are quite limited to what can such a scenario produce in reality. Sadly, it is obvious that the game's makers take no more interest in updating the game.

  Summary

  This game has a lot of pro's and con's, and is good for anyone with little interest in realism who doesn't care about re-playability. This game also has much potential if suitably updated by the creators, and can become a very good simulator if just the creators show slight care for it.
