FLEP (FLExible Patcher) is a multi-purpose binary patching engine with fully configurable behavior. It allows you to patch existing binaries with static (pre-defined) hex data and/or dynamic parameters. Features include simultaneous patching of numerous binaries, 10 different parameter types including float, RGB (with picker), and bitmasks, unlimited amount of entries, static patches, and parameters for each entry, allows to specify several offsets for same parameter, and interconnected dependencies and conditional behavior.
