Track your PM services by date, miles, kilometers, or hours. Use the PM Wizard to automatically calculate maintenance that is due. Color-coded displays make it easy to see which maintenance is due. When maintenance is performed on a vehicle, it can be recorded and is automatically saved to the fleet history. Use the fleet history to analyze PM and repair costs for your vehicles and equipment. Print detailed reports using the Report Generator and specify report-filtering criteria to further customize reports. Fleet Maintenance Pro also tracks vendors, fuel purchases, drivers, insurance data, vehicle licensing information, purchasing details, and loan/lease information.
