Fleet Genius PRO allows businesses and consumers to manage their fleet vehicles from a easy-to-use affordable cloud-based application. The system provides maintenance management tools which enable scheduling and tracking of maintenance schedules, tracking maintenance histories and associated costs, monitoring fuel usage and fuel receipt tracking. It provides full reporting capabilities for maintenance activity reporting as well as email alerts for upcoming and part due maintenance activities.

With the addition of Fleet Genius wireless VHM plug-in OBD-2 vehicle monitors the system tracks details of every trip taken, vehicle usage, automated maintenance schedule triggers based on mileage, hours running time, days of use or date. The system also tracks fuel economy and driver fuel usage including tracking and reporting on excessive idling. WIth the VHM Fleet Genius PRO will also report on driver safety profiles and report on speeding, rapid acceleration and hard braking events.

The system has a policy based alerts engine which allows every customer to create their own system, vehicle and driver alerts in 4 categories: maintenance, fuel economy, system and alarms. The VHMs are wireless but require no cellular connections or subscriptions to operate. All data is collected and managed in the cloud and can be viewed and manipulated via any internet browser on a PC, Mac, smartphone or tablet.
