They conveniently removed their "old" version from www.cnet.com that had over 15 negative reviews (1.5 stars average - almost all related to their support team) and uploaded their "new" version. The problem is that they would need to remove 90% of their stuff and start building their customer support and integration part from scratch. I wholeheartedly recommend staying away from this company. We took $10,000 loss with them (I wrote a full review explaining how everything happened, but they removed that software "version") and I know of 2 more local companies that lost $2000+ with non-operational single user licenses and no return options from Fishbowl side. Stay away - you can find alternative options for 1/10th of the Fishbowl price and 10x more helpful people.
