FirstRamp is Zafires web based planning, servicing and business reporting application specifically designed for service capture in environments such as airports where high volume, time critical tasks are taking place. It allows teams to hit SLA targets on job turn-round by planning the staffing and resources required to ensure all services are achieved and meet the requirements of the customer. Management are able to access live data to monitor team and individual staff performance, and monitor stock levels and SLA conformity. They can be confident that all activity is tracked, allowing a seamless and accurate process from planning through to final invoicing. The FirstRamp app provides automated tasking to staff using an intuitive graphic based interface. This reduces the need for data entry, increases data accuracy, and minimises the need for paper records. First Ramps convergent technology means that data can be sent to handheld devices as soon as it is made available and updates and communication are immediately available.
