There is nothing good about this "product".
Cons
Not software - just an Excel spreadsheet with extremely limited functionality on the trial version, you may as well just create your own. Customer services is just an individual with a Gmail address - not a company or business as far as I can tell.
Summary
This "software" is just an Excel spreadsheet and the customer services department is just a Gmail address where you send your money to! Don't be fooled by this amateur download.

Honestly, this is everything you want/need to manage your personal finances. It's not complicated like those expensive programs (i.e. Quicken, MS Money), but it has everything you need.

This program is perfect for what I was looking for: an easy-to-use financial planner that would really help me understand my finances and my financial state. I like how it is broken down into different sections (assets, incomes, debts, etc). This was an easy buy.

I've tried LOTS of financial planning software, both free and expensive. This program is the most straight-forward and useful one I have found. I use it to track my assets, my debts, and my mortgage. It's practically an essentially tool for homeowners and families. In order to improve your finances, you first have to understand them, and this tool helps tremendously with that! A GREAT buy!

I've found nothing better (that's this cheap) for recording and understanding my finances. I can track all of my assets and how I plan to use them. I can monitor my cash flow and identify which spending habits hurt the most. I can plot my net worth over time to see if I'm making any progress. Overall, a handy tool for getting a grip on your finances.
Cons
For $4, I can't complain about anything.

I look at this product as an investment. Using has allowed me to organize my assets, get a grip on my retirement savings, my mortgage payments, and my monthly cash flow. Now that it has helped me UNDERSTAND my finances, I can utilize them much more efficiently. For such a small price, it's well worth it!

The so called Free version is not as funtional as I would like. You can only input one line of your personal data. Its amazing how so many people have stated no cons.
