Does not work to Fax

- I tried Filesanywhere to fax a three page document and it would not send it. It got stuck "Waiting for Conversion". The documents were already in PDF format. I refreshed it, waited overnight, then waited overnight again, and it still would not send it. I contacted customer support and was just asked if I tried to refresh the screen. After I told them I had, they asked more basic questions that I felt was a waste of my time. I do not recommend this program.

- I am unable to share files, even with paid subscription. Ambiguous terms and misleading pop-ups imply more services than given. Very slow to respond to customer service (>24 to reply, three days and counting and my issue still isn't resolved). Difficult to cancel account.

- FA does it all. It is my swiss army knife for storage. I can share by link, backup, sync, has all platforms including Win/Mac/Iphone, SFTP, WebDAV, FAX features, online editing, more. I always find more FA can do. Support guys are also helpful.

- Almost none. No real complaints. I wish all my web services were this effective. Wish it all was free and disk space unlimited, but the price is totally worth the features and transfer speed you get.

- Love it. I don't write many reviews but I saw nobody had reviewed this, and these guys deserve a great review for a great product.
