Have Outlook send files from specified folders automatically.

With Files2Move for Outlook it is possible to guard directories (also known as hotfolder) for new files, which then will be send as E-mail attachment. Due to predefined settings every file which is copied, moved into the guarded directories (hotfolders) will be send fully automated. After sending the files will be archived within a predefined directory. All activities will be saved within a logfile.

Version 1.0.11 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

awesome for emailing invoices when used with pdf file splitter

Pros
Not only does the software automatically send out the emails to customizable assigned groups for each hot directory, but it even moves the original files to an archive directory of choice. Customer Service and their whole team of developers diligently and politely resolved my problems. I've seen simliar software for $2,400 which required gui-based complex set up to accomplish same, and inexpensive line command software which really requires a staff programmer to implement. Can't beat the ease of use, customer service, and price! We are about to save our Billing Clerk a day each week worth of printing, stuffing, and stamping invoices. In conjunction with a pdf file splitter F2M rocks on emailing out legacy billing cycle print jobs.
Cons
Being in version 1.0 there is surely room for improvement. The From email address could be customizable for each Group much like the To email address. This would cover needs for sending files from different departments. The process to obtain a registration code is a bit confusing and the actual code itself is huge as compared to mainstream serial keys.
