File Sync is a file sync solution that automates the synchronization of data between Windows NT4/2000/XP/2003 servers without agents or scripts. File Sync not only synchronizes files and folders, but also migrates NTFS permissions, file shares, file share permissions, local users and groups, and compression settings.

Best sync software I have used

Pros
I downloaded a lot of sync software to try out, and none of them worked perfect. This is what I finally got, and I am happy with it.
Cons
Unable to synchronize database, these function are not, at least yet, available.
Summary
The software is perfect for when you need to copy gigs of data over the wan, the retry option can keep retrying until the job is done.
This is a copy program, not a sync program

Cons
Doesn't synchronize! Synchronize means making two things the same. This program simply performs scheduled copies at selected intervals. It does not trigger when a file changes either.
