File Navigator is an internal file viewer and editor support the following code pages: Windows, DOS, KOI8R, UTF-8, ISO8859-5 and Unicode. It has a built-in RTF viewer and command line with the ability to view output and to interact with DOS and console applications. It has the ability to minimize FN window to the system tray, make file lists for group file operations, duplicate User Menu commands by toolbar buttons, customizable color scheme, and to store settings in the INI-file.
