File Marshal is a file catalogue manager, primarily aimed at p2p (peer-to-peer) program users who demand tight control over the huge amount of files that are downloaded or are already present on their systems. Create active inventories of your own file collections and add important descriptive attributes such as notes, descriptions, keywords (or tags), and categories. Your inventories are available offline and easily accessible for future reference without the need for the original archive media.
Search and slideshow search results. Easily rename large groups of similarly named files via macros. Prevent downloading a previously downloaded file in DC++ using TTH (Tiger Tree Hash,) with only 4 clicks of the mouse, by searching catalogues for the TTH value of a DC++ magnetic link. File Marshal's integrated queries can also be executed to seek and root out unwanted duplicate files to help gain much needed hard drive disk space. Version 1.6 includes user interface enhancements, optimizations and bug fixes.
