FaultTrack is a bug tracking client for the Windows Desktop that works with both SQL Server and MySQL database families. It allows you to track problems in the software you are building, and collaborate as a team by assigning issues. It has a nice theme that matches Visual Studio 2010, and is designed with simplicity in mind. It works very well for .NET developers, and should feel right at home with Visual Studio. The project and version model is built after Team Foundation server, giving it a familiar model that is easy to use.
