Pros
1. Easy to download. <p>2. No need to install just open folder and run exe. <p>3. Simple interface. <p>4. Create semi-transparent text with color and opacity control. <p>5. Watermark image and can locate with mouse also. <p>6. Saved image has the same quality as original.
Cons
1. Watermarks one image at a time no batch mode. <p>2. Increases file size and sometimes doubles.
