You drag your Tiff file into the window and voila, it's converted.

None. Not sure what's it's like for multiple Tiff's to 1 pdf

Pros
Easy to install, very easy to use.
Cons
It works, but not the way I want (and most people who need such a tool). The software creates only one-page PDFs with exactly one picture, although PDFs are only useful if they have more than one page. Why in the world should I want to worsen the image quality and obstruct portability by using PDF for single pictures?
