A kitchen queue that displays orders lives for the kitchen staff to fulfill these orders. A diner seating map that can be configured to reflect your seating arrangements, and the ability to see what is available and what is not just by looking at the seating view. This software comes with a fully-featured, and fully-integrated order capture module that supports touch-screens, and is used to create orders, update orders, add, modify, and delete items from the order, issue discounts at the item and the order level, apply coupons, enter multiple forms of payments, and more. Full inventory management and control capabilities are also included as features of the base core product. You can track your employees' vacations, time-off, work schedules, and more. You can generate purchase orders for ordering products from vendors. You can track your expenses for all types of expenses including utility bills, payments to vendors, and other types of expenses. This software also includes a marketing module that allows you to send marketing materials to customers by email and SMS. You can also send notifications to customers by email and SMS, such as reservation reminders, etc. Barcode scanner support.

One of the best restaurant management software

Pros
The easiest software to use, period. I have downloaded and tried tons of programs from so many companies, I spent so much time learning each of these programs, and some were impossible to master even after reading all their manuals. When I started using this program, it was so intuitive and user friendly, I do not even remember needing any help to learn any of its features. Their support is great, and I can't say that enough. Even before buying the software, they were willing to add features that I recommended to them, and they did it in record time, each and every time I requested something from them.

Non that I can think of.

If you are in the market for a good piece of software to manage your restaurant business, give this software a try, you won't regret it.

Pros
Can't find anything that I cannot do with this software. I use this software at my business, which includes catering, delivery, takeout, and a dine-in area. Since we upgraded to this program, my waiters/waitresses have been extremely happy with the ease of this POS product. Our previous system was too complicated to learn, and continued to be difficult to deal with on a daily basis, even for those who have used it for years. I'm very happy with this upgrade, and recommend this software to everyone
Cons
It does not includes all the blows and whistles that some of the more expensive software includes, but those features have never been that important to me anyway. besides, this company responds to requests from customers very quickly, and they constantly release new updates.
