This gas station software is used in the back office to keep track of all activities of a gas station, including the ability to enter fuel sales by different grades and different pumps, it also allows you to enter invoices for fuel shipments received from one or more vendors, it also allows entry of store sales, store purchase, expenses paid to vendors, utility companies, and others. You also have the ability to enter the revenue breakdown by cash, credit cards, checks, transfers, etc. You can enter price adjustments to ensure that your sales revenue matches the actual revenue in case bulk items were sold at discounted prices, so you are able to make these adjustments to balance your end-of-day accounting. By entering all this information on a daily-basis, you can then generate reports for all this information over any period of time, including fuel reconciliation reports that might help reveal any leakage in terms of fuel.
