You also have the ability to enter the revenue breakdown by cash, credit cards, checks, transfers, etc. You can enter price adjustments to ensure that your sales revenue matches the actual revenue in case bulk items were sold at discounted prices, so you are able to make these adjustments to balance your end-of-day accounting. By entering all this information on a daily-basis, you can then generate reports for all this information over any period of time, including fuel reconciliation reports that might help reveal any leakage in terms of fuel.
