Used Note Central for Windows?
Editors’ Review
This limited clipboard utility offers quick access to regularly used documents, but lacks features found in similar apps. Note Central has a small, nonresizable interface that's on the plain side, but it proves easy enough to operate. As promised, you can quickly add files by dragging and dropping them onto the interface. Simply click on a file in the list, and Note Central quickly opens it using Windows WordPad. You'll even see a preview of your file on the lower part of the interface.
On the downside, Note Central only stores TXT files. Unlike comparable programs, it can't handle images or formatted text and it doesn't support hot keys for launching the program or for quickly copying text from your saved files. In terms of extras, you'll find options to place the app on top of other windows and adjust the window transparency level. Note Central is easy to use, works fine, and it's free of charge, but nothing makes it stand out in a category rich with options.
