Deceptive in that it is not perfectly clear that the DEMO converts to the paid version after 45 days.

Pros
I cant believe I have been hand writing my deposit slips for the last 5 years. A friend told me about this and gave it a try. It remembers your payers names so you dont have to renter. I can make a 50 check deposit 3 minutes. I also love the KaChings
Cons
I wish it were free but the demo worked well over a month. Considering how important deposits are to my organization (educational institution), its well worth the $99. They offer a non profit discount if you ask.
Summary
I'm not an expert computer user nor familiar with shareware but this product did exactly it said. For years I would hand write our deposit tickets wasting time and occasionally money when there were discrepancies between my numbers and the banks. It took just a few minutes download and install. I also called for networking support and they were super patient with me. I basically save at least two hours per week not writing up deposit tickets and not having to reconcile photocopied checks. They even have these fun sound effects that you turn on every time you add a check. Now my co workers laugh when they hear me making our department's 200 + weekly deposits. I know it sounds cliché but this is the best software idea since cut & paste.
Makes my life a lot easier - well worth the money.

For years I have been hand writing my deposits - what a mess! My deposits are accurate now with the ability to track every check detail. I stopped buying blank deposit slip forms for my several businesses which alone saved me a bundle not to mention never running out. I also love the ka-ching chime every time I enter a check. Well worth $99.

Pros
This program is great for tracking deposits from multiple sources and creates an actual deposit slip to print out and use in place of the ones at the back of your checkbook. I chose this download because I was out of deposit slips at my office and wanted to avoid sitting at the bank filling it out by hand. The program allows you to enter in the routing number and your account number so that the bank will accept it. You can have multiple bank accounts on file. Each deposit is itemized, so you can put multiple checks/sources in a single deposit, like a normal deposit slip--but the information is saved so you can pull up a history, reports and whatnot. The demo version only allows up four itemized sources in a single deposit, but I like to do my deposits separately anyway so that doesn't bother me.
Cons
Well, the price is awfully steep considering I can order 100 deposit slips from my bank for $5.99! Also, printing out the deposit ticket takes up several times as much paper as the small bank deposit ticket, so it can be wasteful.
