• Clean, simple design, and a pleasure to use

  Pros

  We're currently using this in-house to manage software projects, and its been working very well. We let the marketing team create stories, and the development team adds tasks and updates the status as the work progresses. <p> <p>The iteration status view is very nice also, as it lets us review everything we're working on in a daily meeting.

  Cons

  No problems so far, we've been using it for a few weeks now

  Pros

  Product installed very easily - I didn't need anything else to run it, it came with a built in database and web server. <p> <p>Very good support for an Extreme Programming project - we setup a project with release milestones and a few iterations, and could create stories and a set of subtasks for each one. The story and task views have nice sorting and filtering capability. <p> <p>For tracking, it automatically calculated progress from task estimates and updated it when we entered time spent on a task. <p> <p>Also really liked the graphical charts that show project progress, and how good your estimates are. <p> <p>I did email the company with a question, and was impressed with the quick response, so A+ for support.

  Cons

  Only negative is that I would have liked a view that shows both stories and tasks together for an iteration, although I emailed them, and they say it was already planned for the next version. Aside from that, it's working really well so far.
