• Wonderful Product! Decreased my entire store 70%

  Pros

  I cant say enough good things about this product. This tool scans your Microsoft exchange server data store and gives you detailed reports as to how many attachments are in each mailbox and how much space each mailbox is consuming. You have the option of zipping attachments in each mailbox or just a selection of mailboxes. You can move these attachments into a shared directory or the users home directory eliminating all of the attachments in your store (replacing the attachment with a hyperlink). Exchangecompress also allows you to clear the deleted items folders and or the sent items within a chosen date range. After setting up the options you desire you can run an analysis and see what kind of results you will get without making any permanent changes to your mailboxes. This product is a clean install and easy to use. I recommend reading through the help file as there is no white papers or documentation to get you started.

  This trail will only analyze your store. Trial only works on one mailbox.

  Pros

  Our Exchange Server was out of control. Users were getting messages left and right about not being able to access their messages. I ran this product and saw IMMEDIATE results. Great product that I would recommend to anyone.

  Cons

  It didn't meet our real time requirements, but I hate doing things real time anyway.
