This utility lets you draw any 2D sketch for an elementary geometry course. The set of operations encompasses figures such as lines, circles, triangles, or polygons; constructions such as "drop a perpendicular" or "find a bisector"; and mappings that translate an object and reflect an object in a line. Unlike simple drawing programs, Euklid DynaGeo automatically rebuilds your sketch as you change any of its objects. You also can recalculate any formulas based on how distances and angles change as you modify the drawing. The program has a fairly straightforward interface and fulfills its educational functions nicely. You can attach a note to any object, useful for explaining concepts the drawing illustrates. Students and teachers in high schools and colleges can put Euklid DynaGeo to good use.

Construct geometric sketches and move elements without destroying the relations among objects.

Euklid DynaGeo lets you create dynamic drawings. You can construct geometric sketches and then drag the basic elements without destroying the relations among objects. A line through two points, A and B, will always run through these points no matter where you drag them. Moreover you can use the built-in mapping to mirror, translate, rotate, and dilate your objects. Your drawings can be saved, reloaded, printed, and exported by the clipboard into any other application. You can even produce dynamic drawings in Web sites. (This feature uses MS ActiveX technology.)

For schools and colleges, the included Extended School License allows the use of the registered full version on all school computers, as well as on the private computers of all teachers and students.
