EtCatMan for Windows

I found that with the plethora of memo notes and todo items that I was creating I found that I was getting a large number of items in the "Unfiled" category. Moving these into other categories was taking me a number of pen-taps. It quickly became very frustrating to move more than a few items at a time into a different category.

So I wrote EtCatMan to make moving things between categories easier.
