You can also quick search to jump to a particular chapter and verse, look at your history of most recently viewed Bible chapter and verses, or you can bookmark your favorite verses to get to them quickly. ESV Bible for Windows Phone also allows you to download the audio for the selected chapter and verses shared by Crossway Bible. 3.0 New features. New Design. Updated for Windows Phone 8 - Redesigned layout for testaments page - Fully implemented search: search for terms or for passages and directly link - Rotation lock allows Bible to be read in landscape layout - Fixed bugs 2.2 Bug fixes - Added error reporting on Settings screen - Fixed content rendering bug causing certain chapters to fail loading. 2.1 Bug fixes - Missed a major bug with the audio player not updating or playing when switching to a new track (sorry folks, I blame it on Adam) 2.0 updates - Fast app switching - Background audio can be controlled with the volume buttons - smaller heading/streamlined interface Known issues - Bible search is not fully functional (beta) - Some verses get cut off due to an issue in the framework.
