One Exchange Public Folder Calendar shows all organization-wide appointments. When items are added, changed, or saved on each personal Outlook calendar, those items are also included on the eShareCalendar Public Folder. The benefit is that you can find Schedule information for anyone in your organization, at a glance. All from one Public Folder Calendar. Another benefit is you can choose on save of each appointment whether to save it to the eShareCalendar or not. Works on Multiple servers.
