The Equate Heart Chart companion app guides you through the easy device setup process and seamlessly syncs and stores your blood pressure data from your Premium 8500 blood pressure monitor. In addition, you can set reminders, set goals, and share your history with your family or other relevant care team members.

This app can send measurement data to Apple Health app.

To enable send data to Health app, turn on each parameters you want to send "Health Access" at first launch this app.

You can cancel to send data from Health app setting at any time if you don't send to data to Health later.
