  Epson used to have the highest reputation on function, performance, and serviceability. Well, I guess they took the song to heart because now it is only 2 out of 3. They usually come out with the best resolution available in their class, and perform well too, but I've been disapointed in the high rate of print head failures. This printer has not exhibited that problem. I usually don't recommend any inkjet printer which does not include the print head in the ink cartridge, such as does HP, Lexmark, and recently some Canon's.
