  the app kept trying to run a script (Mac Mini, 10.5.8) and wouldn't ever load, is that normal? Let me know when the thing will run.

• No capability of backing up photographs

  Although this software is easy to use, Epson has acknowledged that one of its limitations is the inability to back up the files of photographs. I have 35,000 photographs stored in Film Factory. I purchased a new computer and can not transfer my photographs with ease. Epson has advised me that all of these photographs need to be individually transferred to my new computer. This process will require approximately 48 hours worth of labor. This is a serious software design flaw.

  Summary

  This is the easiest product on the market to print photos. It is not for professionals when it comes to photo editing. This is a basic program for digital photo printing. I love this program and have used many, many programs for editing - this just makes printing and sizing photos a breeze.
