With Enigma Recovery you can easily recover deleted data from your iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. Recoverable data includes Messages, Contacts, Calendar, Notes, and chat history. This data, alongside videos and photos can also be recovered from an iTunes or iCloud backup file if your device has been lost or stolen. With Enigma you can export your recovered data to your desktop which is then accessible anytime when required. The software will restore deleted data back to your iOS device through the use of our free Restore app on the Apple App Store. You will also be able to retrieve and export existing data such as photos, videos, messages, contacts, notes, internet history, calendar entries and more. A Windows version of our software is also available. This is a free trial where only a portion of your recovered data will be available to view. Really helped in recovery my messages where I had very important one and the rest information have been recovered as well

Some recent information haven't been retrieved but luckily the information I needed was fully recovered.

I couldn't find any pros the software is absolutely rubbish
Cons
Doesn't not recover all deleted messages even after buying the software. Be careful as they seem to be the only website that doesn't respect the 7-14 days cooling off period, no refund will be provided.

Waste of money
It just crashes. That's it's only trick.

Unknown - software has crashed every time regardless of version.
Cons
Not compatible with current OS X 10.10.3. Load free app on phone to find out that you must install the software on your computer for $60. Load software, then load update, then find out it's not compatible and you're out $60
Summary
Never before has a software company penalized me for running the most current software. However, SmartPhone Recovery Pro just did. Their software is not compatible with the most current version of Mac OS X 10.10.3, and they refused my request for a refund. I'm sorry you lost data on your phone, but this software is not the answer. Look elsewhere.

Was actually able to recover more data than others I've used Found deleted data that i actually didn't know had been deleted as well

Had to scan twice but second time worked fine Yet to see a recovery program that offers deleted photos as well as text messages and all the rest of it

the install went well Big surprise is how far back the deleted messages went :O

the design could be better IT only works when your phone is plugged in. to see the data again you have to rescan which isn't ideal
Summary
The download was very quick and the program was able to get the deleted data from my phone back onto the computer. Once you exit you have to rescan to see the data again but overall, I'm very much pleased.

I first thought, this is a bit pricey, it better work. But it did! The program got all the deleted messages I needed from my phone. Took a while to start the recovery but it got going in the end.

While your product is still incapable of recovering photos and videos (please hurry on the upgrade!) from my "New iPad," I was very pleased that your company refunded my entire purchase price as promised. Now, THAT'S what I call great customer service! Thank you, and good luck on the update. I'll gladly re-purchase the product once that much needed capability is implemented.

I gave a try to this tool but no success. I'm using iPhone 5 (running on iOS6) and it simply did not detect my phone. Now finally, I am settled with another similar tool named Wondershare iPhone Data Recovery: http://www.video-converter-mac.org/iphone-data-recovery/ and it lived up to my expectations. The only thing missing is that it does not recover the New iPad photos and videos. But still would recommend it! PS I'm not advertising this program. I just found it useful and thought of sharing with others. I would also advise you to try before you buy.

Pros
I recovered 27 deleted SMS that i really needed to get back, also recovered loads of other deleted data from both my itnues backup file on my Mac but more importantly recovered direct from my iPhone 5
Cons
$79.99 was a bit much, i think Enigma would sell more if the price is less
