Over time many people change email addresses but don't update their subcriptions. This tool has helped me extract email names from hundreds of undeliverable emails within minutes. If you want to clean up your list this is a quick and easy way to do it.

I just converted an old e-mail database from an obsolete mailer into text, used this application to get all my old addresses out. Not only did it get EVERY ONE, but removed the duplicates en route. Five stars.

Yesterday, I needed to e-mail a group of people, but didn't have a file of their e-mail addresses. What I had access to was a huge online spreadsheet-type database of which e-mail addresses were an extremely minute part. But I copied and pasted the entire thing into a text file, a text file that was 120 pages long. I dragged that file into eMail Extractor's window and, in about 10 seconds, I had a nice, neat file of e-mail addresses. All of the extraneous data had been removed. To me, that is almost miraculous.<p> I would have paid much more for a program like this. <p> As a side note, what happened to the notion that independently produced software should be encouraged and, well, paid for? This program is worth every penny one one would presently have to pay for it. So pay the nominal fee and enjoy great value.<p>And those of you who are championing another program that is free, why not voluntarily send that author a bit of cash as compensation for that which you seem to appreciate?<p> Everyone else, I'll say it again: This is an easy, fast, and excellent program.
